Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At NVerse, we take pride in creating high-quality products and ensuring a great shopping experience. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return or replacement requests under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product received is defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The wrong size was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund:

  • The request must be raised within 7 Days of delivery.
  • Successful return can be filled at free shipping cost.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging should be retained where possible.
  • Clear photographs and unboxing videos showing the issue must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

As many of our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Color variations caused by screen settings.
  • Minor variations in print placement or appearance.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Discounted, promotional, or clearance items unless defective.

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.

3. Return Request Process

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or replacement:

You can apply for return from Profile Tab under Main Menu after successfully logging in using your order credentials using Self Serve Returns.

  • Description of the issue
  • Photos and unboxing videos showing the problem.

Our team will review your request and respond within 7 Business Days.

4. Exchanges

We may offer an exchange/replacement under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Incorrect size delivered by us.
  • Manufacturing defect.
  • Damaged item received.

If an exchange is approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

Availability of replacement items may be subject to stock and production constraints.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed:

  • Notify us within 7 Days of delivery.
  • Provide clear images or videos showing the issue.

Once verified, we may:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Issue a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a claim.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase or into Store Credits as chosen by the customer.

Refunds may be issued when:

  • A replacement cannot be provided.
  • The order cannot be fulfilled.
  • A verified manufacturing or fulfillment issue exists.

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7 working days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • You can easily apply for successful return at free return shipping charges for specific reasons for cancellation.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before the fulfillment/shipping of the order.

Once production, printing, or fulfillment has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Because many of our products are made specifically for each order, cancellation windows are limited.

9. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners.
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Failure to collect a delivered package.
  • Minor color differences due to monitor settings.
  • Size issues where the customer selected the wrong size.
